Board approves gazebo and addition, tables subdivision

NJ CLARK — Clark Board approves two variance applications, defers complex subdivision. The Board of Adjustment unanimously approved a 525-square-foot detached gazebo for Katherine Goldich at 333 Carolina Street and a two-variance addition to an undersized lot for Alaina and Ryan Landolfi at 78 Hutchinson Street. Both votes were 5 to 0.
The board postponed voting on Hunter Avenue Partners' proposed three-lot subdivision at 330 Westfield Avenue pending a full seven-member board review, after neighbors raised concerns about density, traffic safety, and drainage. The tabled application will return for a vote at the board's April 27 meeting.
