Board of Adjustment approves three residential applications

NJ CLARK — Clark Board of Adjustment unanimously approves three residential projects at Monday meeting. The board approved a four-unit townhouse development at 306-308 Westfield Avenue for Jerry Scaturo, requiring variances for lot size, building height and density; each unit will contain 2,600 square feet, three bedrooms and a two-car garage. The board also approved a second-story addition and renovation at 53 Coldevin Road for David Lopes and Nancy Costa with three variances, and approved a three-lot subdivision at 330 Westfield Avenue for Hunter Avenue Partners LLC.
All three applications passed unanimously by the seven-member board.
