Clark approves mixed-use development with eight residential units

NJ CLARK — Clark Planning Board approves mixed-use development with eight residential units and affordable housing. Board Chairman Kevin Koch and the Board unanimously approved the Spring Enterprises project at 86-88 Westfield Avenue, granting four variances for reduced setbacks, tandem parking, fiber cement panels, and a second identification sign. The 7,000-square-foot three-story building will include approximately 850 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and eight residential units above, including two affordable apartments.
The project includes 24 parking spaces and four EV charging stations. In separate action, Township Planner Paul Ricci presented amendments to the Fourth Round Housing and Fair Share Plan reallocating housing obligations and removing the former Jack's Tavern site from the plan.
