NJ CLARK — Planning Board memorializes Spring Enterprises site plan. The Clark Planning Board approved a resolution memorializing a site plan application for Spring Enterprises, LLC at 86-88 Westfield Avenue on April 2. Chairman Kevin Koch moved the resolution, which was seconded by Member Gary Grzankowski.
The vote was 7 in favor, with no opposition and three members absent. No new business was presented to the board.
